My research interests span both industrial and organizational psychology, encompassing topics such as skill acquisition, career development, job satisfaction, work engagement, and stress. My primary research focuses on individual differences in how workers approach their careers and daily work tasks. My secondary research examines how to mitigate stress in complex and dynamic work environments.
